Mt Cathedral Community Baptist Church has moved to 37 Grant Street, Alexandra. This building was previously used by Rodwell’s Rural Supplies, and is located next to the Dairy Cafe, and opposite the Rotary Park and Visitor’s Information Centre.
We praise the Lord for the way in which he has made this premises available to us.
The layout of this building includes a large area for church services, onsite car-parking, a designated catering area with comfy chairs and refreshments, a kitchenette, a Sunday school room, a library, a small meeting room, a bookshop and the pastor’s office. Additionally, a disabled toilet and unisex toilet are being added to the building for ease of access. Hand rails have been attached to the building entrances and a portable ramp will be made available for those who are in wheelchairs or require additional assistance.
We eagerly look forward to seeing how the Lord will use this building in the life of our church. We are so thankful for the many who have given of time and money to make this project possible. It is our intention to use this facility to glorify God through the faithful teaching and preaching of the Word.
